Head, who played for Dodge City, Kansas, was the first prospect recruited by new WVU basketball coach Bucky Waters. Congressman Moore, a WVU alumnus, has a brother, Harry (Moo) Moore who is a former Mountaineer basketball star.

Moore is a WVU alumnus. The congressman's brother, Harry (Moo) Moore of Moundsville, is a former Mountaineer basketball star.
