Moore, Jr. of West Virginia's First District. Head has been working this summer in his native Washington for the U.S. Post Office. The 6-4 junior college transfer student was the first prospect signed by new WVU basketball coach Bucky Waters. Head was a junior college All-American last year for Dodge City, Kansas. Moore is a WVU alumnus. The congressman's brother, Harry (Moo) Moore of Moundsville, is a former Mountaineer basketball star.
