John R. Hoblitzell, son of the late John D. Hoblitzell, former U.S. Senator, gets a few tips from Congressman Arch A. Moore, Jr. in the congressman's Washington office. Hoblitzell spent several days as a summer intern in Moore's office prior to representing West Virginia at Boys' Nation.

Robert is one of twelve Boy Scouts chosen from the U.S. to present a "Report to the Nation" at a scouting dinner, June 14, in Washington, D.C. Several hundred Scouters, officials of the Government and leaders of national organizations were present. Congressman Moore and Mrs. Moore attended the dinner.
