Operating on the theory that the best way to learn about the science of politics is to go to where it is practiced, these Bethany College students take time off from their political science classes to tour the nation's Capitol in Washington, D.C. These four members are participating in a two week training laboratory in Citizenship organized by the National 4-H Club Foundation, and the Federal Extension Service.
