Robert is one of twelve Boy Scouts chosen from the U.S. to present a "Report to the Nation" at a scouting dinner, June 14, in Washington, D.C. Several hundred Scouters, officials of the Government and leaders of national organizations were present. Congressman Moore and Mrs. Moore attended the dinner.

Congressman Arch A. Moore, Jr. was visited by Girl Scout Troop Number 34 of Weirton, W.Va. The Girl Scouts were accompanied by Mrs. Paul Doboski of Weirton, Scout Leader, her son, Paul Doboski, and Mrs. Andrew Jezierski, also of Weirton. Congressman Moore enjoyed the company of these ladies as the guests at luncheon in the United States Capitol. The members of Troop #34 pictured are Jeanette Oliver, Barbara Kelly, Rita Rurak, Patricia Jezierski, Kelli Sue Pyles, Barbara Pyles, and Stephanie Visnic.
